You'll need to update the shaders, it's using the old matcap shader. So gonna have to swap it to toon standard and if you want GoGo you'll need to add it yourself

Well, then I can't seem to help; that's all I have. Either try to restore the file, or ask someone to rip the model from the link if the file is damaged.

You can try importing into the 2019 version of Unity.
